Dr. Morin graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at Université Laval in Québec before completing her Internal Medicine specialty training and obtaining a Master’s in Epidemiology and Biostatistics from McGill University, where she is now an Associate Professor in the Department of Medicine, Director of the McGill University Health Centre’s Division of General Internal Medicine, and researcher at the Centre for Outcomes Research and Evaluation of the McGill University Health Centre’s Research Institute. She is also a clinical research scholar awarded under the Fonds de Recherche du Québec en Santé. Dr. Morin’s research focuses on the assessment, treatment and consequences of osteoporosis as well as the implementation of health system improvement initiatives for patients with fractures, which involve aspects such as the prevention of secondary fractures, pain management and functional recovery.
