Isabelle Mercier is the Vice President and Team Lead for Quebec. She joined BMO in 2017 and has been with BMO for a total of five years, serving as the agricultural and agri-food relationship manager for three years and as Vice President for the last two years. Before this, she worked in the financial agriculture market for 12 years.

Agriculture is Isabelle’s specialty and continues to be her favorite sector. She’s an agronomist, having graduated from University Laval in 2004. She cares about the success and well-being of each team member. She has a positive attitude and always proposes a win-win relationship with clients and partners to establish a profitable, lasting and effective partnership.
