Tom Kritzer is responsible for the overall leadership, daily operations, and financial performance of BMO’s Equipment Finance business. As a growth-oriented leader, he oversees the sales, credit, and operations functions, driving strategic expansion and operational excellence across the organization.

Tom joined BMO in 2015 via BMO’s acquisition of GE Capital’s Transportation Finance business. He brings more than 25 years of experience in the equipment finance industry, including leadership roles at GE Capital, Navistar, and PACCAR.

Tom earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics from Yale University, where he played basketball. He also holds a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
