Scott J. Bell is Managing Director and Regional Executive for BMO’s Commercial Banking Group. Scott manages the bank’s Commercial Banking operations in Oregon, SW Washington and Idaho.

Scott has over 30 years of commercial banking experience and prior to joining BMO, formerly Bank of the West, he served as the Area Manager for U.S. Bank’s National Corporate Banking 13-state Western Region.

Scott received a degree in Finance from Oregon State University and lives in Lake Oswego, Oregon with his family.
