Robert Luce

Robert Luce serves as the Pacific Head of DIG for the U.S. Commercial Banking group at BMO, where he leads the firm’s West Coast Commercial Banking business. His team spans more than ten offices across six states, supporting middle market companies with revenues ranging from $50 million to $3 billion. Robert is known for fostering strong client partnerships, building high performing teams, and driving strategic growth across diverse markets.


Before joining BMO, Robert spent over seven years with JPMorgan Chase in progressively senior leadership roles. He began as a Business Development Executive in Greater Los Angeles before becoming a Market Executive overseeing teams in Downtown LA and West Covina, where he scaled his group from four to twelve bankers. He later advanced to Managing Director, leading a large territory from Long Beach to Modesto that included more than forty bankers and three managers. Under his leadership, the business achieved historic growth, earning Robert top performer recognition and establishing his teams as trusted advisors to clients generating over $20 million in annual sales.


Robert’s earlier career includes more than a decade at Wells Fargo, where he advanced from credit training and financial analysis roles into relationship management and Regional Sales Manager. His tenure included multiple awards for sales leadership. He also maintains FINRA SIE, Series 79, and Series 63 licenses.


Robert holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Pepperdine University. He has been an active member of the Wayfinder Family Services Impact Council since its inception five years ago, supporting the organization’s mission to serve individuals with visual impairments, disabilities, and childwelfare needs.
