Ms. Blume joined BMO Commercial Bank N.A. in April 2011 as a Relationship Manager in the Business Banking Group with a focus on lower middle market and franchise lending. In November 2019, Ms. Blume moved into BMO Harris’ Franchise Finance Group to solely specialize in lending to Franchisee organizations.

Prior to joining BMO Harris, she started her career at LaSalle Bank/ABN AMRO N.V. in the bank’s middle market group. In 2007, she moved over to Charter One, a subsidiary of the Royal Bank of Scotland.

Ms. Blume graduated from the University of Illinois – Urbana/Champaign with a Finance Degree and received her MBA from DePaul University’s Kellstadt Graduate School of Business with a concentration in Marketing Management.

In addition, Ms. Blume is involved with several organizations, which includes forming Little City Foundation’s Junior Board and serves on the Board of Advisors for Little City. She is also a former member of the University of Illinois Business Young Alumni Committee and Dean’s Business Council.
