Mike is a seasoned leader who is focused on executing strategic initiatives aimed at expanding market share while delivering exceptional service to existing clients. His leadership is characterized by a client-first approach, ensuring that every interaction reflects BMO's commitment to excellence. Under Mike's guidance, the team strives to exceed the expectations of their clientele, fostering long-lasting relationships built on trust and reliability.

Mike earned two bachelor’s degrees, in Economics and Psychology, from Washington University in St. Louis. He then graduated with high honors from DePaul University with a Master’s degree in Business Administration, including concentrations in both Finance as well as Strategy, Execution, and Valuation.

He is actively involved in the community and currently serves as Board Member, Wellness House; Member, Executives’ Club of Chicago; Member, Washington University in St. Louis Alumni Board of Governors; Chair, WashU Chicago Professionals Network; and Member, WashU Chicago Regional Cabinet. He has also held roles as Founding Director of Humanitarians for Education and Recreation Outreach “HERO”, Member of WashU’s W Club Executive Committee of Chicago, Next Gen Board Member for DuPage Children’s Museum, and Member of the Emerging Leaders for the Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce.
