Luke Tripodi is the Managing Director and Head of Originations for BMO Commercial Bank’s Asset-Based Lending group. He leads the U.S. originations team and is responsible for driving new business development, strengthening client relationships, and supporting the growth of the Bank’s ABL platform.

Luke rejoined BMO following eight years with PNC Business Credit, where he focused on private equity coverage and direct originations across the Midwest. Previously, Luke spent ten years with BMO in the Asset-Based Lending group after completing the Commercial Analyst Development Program. He has nearly two decades of experience in senior secured lending, with a focus on middle-market and large corporate finance.

Luke is active in several industry associations, including the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG), where he serves as Co-Chair of the Private Equity & M&A Committee. He is also a member of the Turnaround Management Association (TMA) and the Secured Finance Network (SFNet).
