Jim Hess advises middle market clients across a variety of manufacturing and service-based industries on all banking and financing matters. Structures range from asset-based to enterprise value depending on our clients’ strategies and are designed to support working capital, fixed asset, M&A and shareholder needs. Jim has been viewed by clients and the marketplace as a trusted source to develop creative ideas for unique needs. Prior to joining BMO Harris in 2008, Jim spent 16 years in commercial banking at LaSalle Bank. He earned his MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Nortwestern University and B.S. Finance from Iowa.
