Jeff De Rosa is the Head of U.S. Emerging Middle Market (EMM) & U.S. EMM Growth Strategies at BMO Commercial Bank. Based in San Francisco, Jeff brings more than 27 years of commercial banking leadership experience, all with JPMorgan Chase, where he built a strong reputation for developing high-performing EMM teams and driving strategic market growth.

Jeff most recently served as the Head of Emerging Middle Markets for Northern California and the Pacific Northwest, where he played a pivotal leadership role in forming the bank’s EMM practice and expanding its presence in the Western U.S. His career began in Middle Market banking in the Greater Chicago region, followed by progressive leadership roles as he supported JPMorgan Chase’s expansion across the West.

Jeff is recognized for his deep expertise in emerging middle market strategy, risk management, and go-to-market execution. His proven ability to build and scale teams, combined with his experience integrating analytics-driven insights into frontline performance, uniquely positions him to accelerate BMO’s growth ambitions within this important segment.
