As a tenured and accomplished banking professional with over 15 years of experience in the Canadian Financial Services Industry, including over 10 years of experience in the Commercial Bank, Canada – Corporate Finance space, he has successfully structured, executed, and arranged debt capital and related banking solutions for a broad range of Canadian businesses and companies across a wide array of industries and sectors. 

Issam holds both the Chartered Financial Analyst and CPA, CA professional designations and is a graduate of the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto with High Distinction.
