Grant is a Vice President at BMO in the Corporate Advisory group. The group provides strategic advisory services to C-Suite executives and privately-held business owners with offerings including M&A, ownership transition strategies, recapitalizations, ESOPs, and other corporate finance engagements.

Prior to joining BMO, Grant worked at GI Alliance, a sponsor-owned healthcare platform, where he gained investing experience by supporting the company’s M&A efforts in the gastroenterology sector. Grant also has restructuring experience in the airlines and aviation industry, advising companies in financial distress through capital structure optimization, strategy, and operational improvements.

Grant earned a BBA in Accounting and a MS in Finance from Texas A&M University. He resides in Dallas and is a seventh generation Texan.
