Germaine serves as a lead advisor and relationship manager to high-net-worth individuals, families and organizations, including closely-held and family-owned businesses. Germaine closely works with clients to gain a complete understanding of their lifestyle, career, philanthropic and wealth planning goals. Once he has a holistic understanding of his clients’ objectives, he engages a Client Strategy Team to create a unique and constantly evolving financial plan and strategy to help meet these goals. Germaine joined the organization in 2022 and has over 22 years of experience in the financial services industry.
Germaine earned a BA in Finance from Michigan State University and his MBA in Finance from DePaul University. He has a Series 6, 7, 63 and 65 securities licenses.
Germaine has filled his life with the constant study of financial markets and service on various boards. He currently sits on the Board of Trustees for Lawrence Hall, a community-based service agency embracing at-risk youth and their families by instilling resilience, healing and changing lives for good. Germaine is a board member for the Association for Corporate Growth, Chicago Chapter. He is also an active member for Vistage Worldwide.
Germaine makes his home in Chicago with his wife and their three children. In his spare time Germaine enjoys rock climbing, playing golf, reading and spending time with family
