Deborah Roesner is a Managing Director and Team Lead, Commercial Bank. Deb manages a team of seasoned bankers focused on delivering credit and treasury solutions for clients, both private and public, in the upper middle markets.  Deb has been in banking for over thirty years and joined BMO in Milwaukee in 2016.  Prior to joining BMO, Deb was with Bank Mutual Corporation (now Associated Bank) in Milwaukee focused on the middle market and was a Vice President with BMO (as Harris Bank) in Chicago in the commercial real estate division. 

Deb is a member of BMO’s Women’s Collaborative Committee and BMO Annual UPAF Campaign. Her community involvement includes the Board of Directors for Sharp Literacy and finance committee,  the Board of Directors of the Women in Manufacturing Southern Wisconsin serving as their treasurer and served as the School Board President Fox Point Bayside School District for 4 years.

Deb is a graduate of the University of Kentucky with a degree in Finance.
