Brad Guse serves as Director, Production Agriculture and Agribusiness Group – U.S. Food, Consumer and Agribusiness at BMO, where he brings extensive expertise in agricultural finance and a deep commitment to supporting the long-term success of farming operations.


Based in Marshfield, Wisconsin, Brad works directly with producers in his role as an Agricultural Banking Officer for BMO Commercial Bank, managing a diverse portfolio of production agriculture clients—primarily dairy operations. With over 30 years of experience in agricultural banking and 10 years in the dairy nutrition field, he brings a uniquely well-rounded perspective to the financial challenges and opportunities facing modern producers.


Brad is known for his ability to help clients navigate evolving market dynamics, develop resilient financial strategies, and plan for long-term generational success. His industry knowledge has made him a frequent contributor to ag-focused publications and podcasts, where he offers insights on topics such as succession planning, margin management, risk preparedness, and financial performance benchmarking.
