Amy Bartlett is Head of the Financial Institutions Group for U.S. Commercial Banking at BMO, a role she assumed in November 2025. She leads a national team of commercial bankers serving a broad range of financial institution clients, including broker dealers, futures commission merchants, exchanges and clearinghouses, investment managers, consumer and commercial finance companies, and community banks.

Previously, Amy served as Head of Global Markets Corporate Banking, where she led corporate banking teams responsible for underwriting and managing complex client portfolios with both lending and trading needs. With more than 19 years of experience in financial institutions banking, she brings deep expertise across capital markets, commercial banking, and risk management.

Amy joined BMO in 2007 and has built a career defined by breadth, leadership, and consistent performance. In 2024, she was recognized as a recipient of The Most Powerful Women in Banking: Next award. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Illinois Wesleyan University.
