Amanda is a Managing Director within BMO Corporate Advisory. She is dedicated to advising Boards of Directors and C-level executives on corporate finance topics such as ESOPs, dividend recaps, acquisition strategies, share repurchases, and valuation perspectives. Amanda has 20 years of experience assisting businesses with ownership transition and navigating complex structuring issues. Amanda most recently spent 5 years at Lazear Capital Partners as a Managing Director focused on ESOP structuring and implementation. Prior to her role at Lazear, Amanda held numerous positions in commercial banking and capital markets, including credit risk and underwriting, loan syndications, and relationship management for both Huntington (Columbus) and PNC/National City (Columbus and Chicago).
A native to Ohio, Amanda earned bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Management Information Systems from Ohio University. She remains active with the University and currently serves as a member of Ohio’s College of Business Finance Advisory Counsel and is an alumni advocate for the Association of Women in Finance supporting student networking, job placement, and diversity and inclusion within the finance industry.
