Mark is responsible for leading and developing commercial banking efforts in Indiana. Mark works to maintain an effective sales culture in which individuals and market goals are met, and ensure that the sales management framework is being implemented. Mark promotes and models effective sales behavior through frequent joint client and prospect meetings and discussions covering the market and industry developments.

Mark earned his MBA from Indiana University and his B.S. in Business Administration from Butler University. Mark serves on the following boards: Indianapolis Neighborhood Housing Partnership; Indy Chamber: Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation: and is a member of the Finance / Investment Strategy Committee for the Hendricks County Community Foundation.
