Viviane Croux is Head of BMO’s Corporate Finance Division, Quebec, which provides midsize companies with a single point of access to an integrated suite of commercial and capital products and financial options. She has over 20 years of experience in the financial sector, with a unique background, having worked in capital markets, led teams in wealth and, for the past five years, built a strong commercial banking franchise.

Viviane started her career at KPMG in audit and financial advisory services. She joined TD in 2002 in Investment Banking, where, for the next ten years, she advised companies on equity, debt and M&A transactions. Viviane then moved to a senior role in Private Wealth, and assumed accountability for building out TD’s wealth business in Quebec, before assuming similar accountability in Eastern Ontario. She moved to her most recent role in 2017 where, through an ambitious growth plan, led the team in it’s effort to significantly increase market share.

Additionally, Viviane has been involved with Le Phare Enfants et Familles as member of the Board of Director since 2015 and has been part of the Executive Committee and acting as Treasurer since 2020. She has also supported Fitspirit as a leader for the Mother-Daughter Challenge since 2021.
