Taylor Sekhon leads BMO’s employee ownership program in Canada, with a specific focus on Employee Ownership Trusts. He works across the bank to ensure business owners, executives, employees and advisors have access to comprehensive products and services that meet the distinct needs of employee ownership. This include, but is not limited to, financing, banking, advisory and wealth management solutions.

Prior to BMO, Taylor worked in management consulting, private equity and private credit. He brings experience structuring and financing employee ownership transactions, as well as a deep knowledge of the regulatory environment in Canada. Taylor has an HBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business and a BA from Huron University College.
