Susan Witteveen is an accomplished executive within the financial industry across North America, having spent over 20 years in a variety of leadership roles.

Currently, she is the Senior Vice President and Head of Treasury & Payment Solutions at BMO Commercial Bank. In this role, Susan leads a team of banking professionals providing clients with innovative, global transactional banking solutions, resulting in more efficient, effective and safer financial operations.

As a lifelong advocate of career mentorship and building a strong culture, Susan also carries the role of executive sponsor of the BMO Commercial Bank Talent Operating Committee, which is dedicated to developing an industry-leading, purpose-driven culture for the Bank’s multi-generational workforce.

Susan’s experience extends into the community where she actively volunteers, supporting a number of non-profit organizations and initiatives, particularly those focused on youth mental health and the well-being of children.

Susan holds an MBA from Ivey Business School, Western University and is a Chartered Professional Accountant.
