As Head of Treasury & Payment Solutions for BMO’s Commercial Bank, he leads a team of specialized banking professionals who design and deliver innovative, global cash management and payment solutions. Under his leadership, clients benefit from streamlined processes, improved working capital performance, and enhanced protection against financial and operational risk.

Justin brings a strategic, partnership-oriented approach shaped by extensive experience across North American commercial banking. He combines deep industry expertise with a commitment to understanding each client’s business—ensuring solutions are practical, forward-looking, and aligned to long term goals.

He holds an MBA from the Ivey Business School at Western University and is a graduate of Carleton University.
