George Della Rocca
Global Head, Corporate Real Estate, BMO
George joined BMO in 2016 and is responsible for all of BMO’s global facilities including strategy, site acquisition, design and construction, facility operations, sustainability, and critical infrastructure. With a 24+ year career in Corporate Real Estate his experience spans both the service-provider and end-user sides of the industry where he has led large Workplace Transformation programs as well as the re-imagining of CRE operating models in large organizations.
George is a lawyer who received his LL.B. at Osgoode Hall Law School and, prior to joining BMO, held senior real estate positions at another financial institution and a global technology firm. He has spent the past 30 years coaching and running youth sports organizations and is currently a board member of a hockey organization in Toronto.
