Gary Chung has executed many M&A, advisory and financial transactions during his career. Gary joined BMO in 2007 as the Director, Financial Strategy and worked on numerous internal M&A initiatives for BMO before joining the Middle Market M&A team in 2012. Prior to joining BMO, he was the Head of M&A at Aviva Canada and the Director of M&A at Maple Leaf Foods. Gary also served as a Vice-President, Corporate Finance/M&A at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he was responsible for transaction execution across a wide range of industries. He was for many years, a guest lecturer at a Canadian university and is a frequent public speaker.

Gary is a graduate of the University of Waterloo (B. Mathematics) and holds the Chartered Professional Accountant, Chartered Financial Analyst and Chartered Business Valuator designations.
