Adam Doran joined our Canadian Dealer Finance group in 2021. As Managing Director, Dealer Finance, Adam focuses on launching and managing strategic initiatives with an emphasis on go-to-market strategies. Adam also leads and initiates plans for operational efficiencies, and runs our change management, training, forecasting, planning and marketing efforts. While based in Canada some of his efforts also support the US Dealer Finance business.

Since joining the bank in 2012, Adam has held progressive roles across the organization including: Internal Audit (Capital Markets), Financial Strategy, Canadian Retail Analytics and Retail Product Management (both deposits and lending). Adam recently won the 2025 Community award for the Canadian Commercial Bank for his involvement with Accelerate Auto. Adam is actively involved in his community having spent 2 years as the treasurer at his local Catholic school and also coaches minor hockey.

A graduate of Ontario Tech University and Durham College, Adam earned his CPA designation in 2011.
