Ren serves as Managing Director and Market Leader for U.S. Capital Partners. Since joining BMO Capital Partners in 2025, he has drawn on more than 20 years of experience spanning middle-market corporate finance, leveraged lending, private equity-sponsored transactions, and equity co-investments across a broad range of industries. During his tenure at BMO, Ren has held several leadership roles, most recently serving as Chief of Staff for the Diversified Industries group, where his responsibilities included transaction structuring, deal execution, and portfolio management. He earned an MBA from Alliant University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Manitoba.
