Kyle Kuchma is Head of Dealer Finance within BMO’s Commercial Bank, based in Calgary, Alberta. He leads a national business dedicated to supporting automotive, RV, and marine dealership clients through tailored financing solutions, strategic advisory, and disciplined credit execution. BMO’s Dealer Finance platform provides a full suite of capabilities, including floorplan financing, acquisition and real estate lending, and working capital solutions, designed to support our client's growth and profitability.

Kyle began his career in the automotive finance industry with an OEM, establishing a strong foundation in the sector. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Alberta and an MBA from the University of Calgary. Over more than 20 years in commercial banking, he has progressed through successive leadership roles, consistently advising and advocating for clients while maintaining a deep and ongoing connection to the automotive finance industry.

Together, they provide end-to-end support to clients, combining deep industry knowledge with strong advisory capabilities and consistent execution.
