Joel Reynolds is Head of the Atlantic Region for BMO Commercial Bank. In his role, Joel leads BMO’s commercial banking business across Atlantic Canada, working with clients and partners to bring local market judgment, practical advice, and the full capabilities of BMO to support growth, investment, transition, and long-term success.

Joel has more than 18 years of experience in commercial and corporate banking, having held progressively senior leadership roles throughout his career. A proud Atlantic Canadian, Joel is committed to the continued strength of the region and the role strong local businesses play in building resilient communities.

Joel holds a degree from the Gerald Schwartz School of Business at St. Francis Xavier University.
