Andrew is a Managing Director covering Ontario and is based in Toronto.   Andrew has more than 15 years of experience in mid-market corporate finance specializing in leveraged lending, private equity backed deals, equity co-investments and M&A advisory across a range of industries.   

Andrew is a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario and has a BA (Honours) from Queens University at Kingston.
