Allen is a seasoned professional with 20 years of experience across multiple industries, including financial services, in Canada and the Caribbean. As the Managing Director and National Lead – Cannabis & Emerging Industries, he has a nationwide mandate to lead the team that lends to cannabis and select emerging industry companies.

He holds an MBA from Schulich School of Business – York University, a B.Sc. Computer Science (with an E-Commerce Specialization) from Acadia University and is a CFA Charter holder.
