Adam Koroneos is the Managing Director and National Market Leader for Loan Syndications within BMO Commercial Bank, Canada. In his current position, Adam leads a specialized team of experienced lenders and is a trusted advisor and advocate for several large clients. He is responsible for deepening relationships with clients and all other financial institutions, negotiating and structuring complex credit transactions and driving growth in market share. The team Adam leads is focused on winning and seamlessly arranging multi-bank financing solutions, leveraging the fact that BMO leads more syndicated transactions than any other Canadian bank.
Adam is a CPA, CA with over 15 years of deep deal experience in a wide variety of industries, as both a lender and advisor. In his prior roles with BMO, Adam has a strong track record delivering results and collaborating. Prior to joining BMO, he was a Director in a ‘big 4’ Transaction Services Advisory Practice where he primarily led buy-side financial due diligence engagements on acquisition targets for private equity and strategic buyers.
