We are pleased to share that Kyle Kuchma has been appointed BMO’s Group Head of Dealer Finance. Building on years of working closely with automotive dealership clients—and having begun his career in auto finance—Kyle is expanding his leadership role with a deep appreciation for the resilience, entrepreneurial spirit and hard work that dealership teams demonstrate every day.

He recognizes the important role dealers play in supporting customers, local communities and the broader economy, and he is optimistic about the future of the automotive sector.

“Dealerships work incredibly hard in a dynamic environment, and I have great respect for the commitment it takes to run these businesses,” Kyle shared. “I’m looking forward to working closely with our clients, listening to their priorities and partnering with them as they continue to grow. I have been fortunate enough to have met some of our clients and industry partners at NADA and the Canadian Auto Show over the past month, and I look forward to meeting many more of our clients in the coming months.”
